  • Talk to me about the constitution a while.  
  • Explain to me about the struggle between the federalists and anti-federalists.
  • Tell me about natural rights.
  • Tell me about the source of our rights.
  • Tell me about the fourth branch of government.
  • Was the 17th amendment good or bad for the republic?
  • Explain your theory of federalism and if you view nationalism as a natural evolution of federalism or a corruption of federalism..

  I know, what have I been smoking? Those would be too much like real questions you would ask to find out what someones judicial worldview is. Instead we have Senators like SC Lindsay Graham. Mc Cain's bosom bud, Mr.Big Government himself. If Lindsay Graham represents republicanism...it is DOA !
